“I am from Mangalbazar, Lalitpur. I have been working at Mahaguthi for the past 16 years. Since joining Mahaguthi, I have had many opportunities to learn and grow through my work.

What I like most about working here is the sense of belonging that I feel every day. The people around me have always encouraged and helped one another, which makes work enjoyable and meaningful.
